Charming miniature ceramic basket, Portugal c.1900, with applied flowers and leaves and hand-painted detailing (handwritten numbers to the base—artisan/painter’s marks). Subtle gilded touches to the footrim.
Condition: very good for age; tiny old losses to a few leaf tips and light rubbing to the gilding—still displays beautifully but naturally fragile.
